I was raised by my mother in southern Saskatchewan, spending majority of my summers with my dad near Clyde. I grew up riding colts, rodeoing, working community pastures with my dad, and lending a hand where ever it was needed. I grew up participating in the 4-H Light Horse program, and was a Light Horse leader for the Bengough club until I graduated from high school. I was involved with the Saskatchewan High School Rodeo for 4 years, in those years I was involved with the student board of directors. I have previously worked at a fertilizer plant and general Ag store. Here I worked closely with producers to meet their financial, crop and feed needs. I enjoy helping producers meet their goals.
My hobbies and interest still revolve around horses and agriculture. During the spring and summer months I am travelling trick riding and barrel racing. This usually eats up the majority of my summer, however I do enjoy the odd weekend that I get off with my family. When the "show season" slows down, you can find me either at my sewing machine creating trick riding costumes or teaching the next generation of trick riders.
